           Done by highly-skilled and competent special operation divers, inspections are carried
           out for the purpose of reporting to accredited ship inspectors, owners and offshore
           structure principals using the most up-to-date underwater imaging such as
           professional underwater analog camera, digital camera, digital high-resolution video
           and Closed-Circuit Television monitoring system. Inspection programs are set to
           present:
                         i.  extensive pre-survey assessment to visualize problem areas or damages
                             observed.
                        ii.  marine growth stage assessment, seabed profile survey and corrosion
                             examination.
                        iii. suitable underwater cleaning method.
                        iv. analytical survey of fissures or cracks observed on pier piles covered with
                             marine growth, for gathering further evaluation on the damages.
